Join Dani and Jemima at "The Wee Retreat'' for a day of connection with nature and yourself. We’ll explore the bountiful gifts of our local environment as we embark on a foraging adventure, discovering the edible treasures of Queen’s Park.
Then, we’ll nurture our body and soul with a yoga session crafted to guide you inwards, spark inner warmth and foster a sense of balance and tranquillity.
After an amazing day of foraging and flowing, we'll wrap it up with a delicious homemade vegan lunch including a salad made with the freshly foraged ingredients.
Itinerary of the day
12.45pm: Meet at Queen’s Park
1pm: Foraging workshop
2.45pm: Head to the Wee Retreat
30 mins Break - Hot tea & snack
3.15pm: Yoga & mindful meditation session
4.30pm: Dinner
6pm: Closing
All you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle and waterproof clothing just in case the weather decides to be unpredictable.
We've got you covered with yoga mats and props at the studio, and your delicious lunch is already included in the event price.
