Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga - A delightful way to experience nature while refining your paddle boarding skills through mindful movements on the water.

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga combines yoga poses with Stand Up Paddleboarding (or SUP), challenging you to find balance in your body and focus in the mind.
 

SUP Yoga blends yoga inner awareness with the calming sensation of being on the water, creating the perfect environment to bring your mind and body together.

What is SUP Yoga?

It might sound intimidating, however it is accessible to anyone who wants to try it! No prior experience of yoga or paddle boarding is required – everyone is welcome, from novice paddlers to experienced yogis.

SUP Yoga helps you master your paddle boarding skills! If you're new to SUP, by the end of the class you will be able to transition from a kneeling position to standing on your SUP with confidence. And if you are an experienced paddler already, you will have the chance to try out yoga sequence while floating on water!

What to bring 

 

A waterproof bag might be handy to have, you can attach it to the front of your board. Don’t worry if you don’t have one, I will provide a dry bag.

 

Bring water, please have some way to attach it to your board! And bring a towel and a set of change, just in case!

 

For warmer days: sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, quick dry or gym clothes - preferably not cotton- and flip flops or sliders.

 

For cooler days: wetsuit, wet socks and shoes or shoes you don’t mind getting wet. I recommend wearing layers you can remove and replace as needed.

Paddle boards, paddles, buoyancy aids will be provided. You have the option to BYO paddle board - class price 20£, enquire for coupon to use at checkout.

During the 90 minutes yoga class we will have the chance to practice basic paddling skills, breathing exercises and yoga sequences which will help you improve your overall physical strength and flexibility, put your mind at ease but most importantly, we will have lots of fun!
