About Dani

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 5 years and have worked with many people struggling with lower back pain — considering it is one of the most common issues people limit their activities for!
My own journey began while working full-time in hospitality — long hours on my feet left me with constant back and leg pain. Through yoga and the same moves I share in Back to Ease, I released discomfort, built strength, and found lasting support in my body. I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
