What to expect

Each session is a slow, grounding flow designed to calm the nervous system and support the body through mindful movement and conscious breaths.

The Winter Edition is inspired by nature’s inward energy and supports rest, grounding, and gentle release.

You can join in two ways:
Choose the 5-Class Winter Batch (£25) for access to all sessions, or join a Single Class Drop-in (£6.50).Recordings are available for 7 days with both options.

– Join live on Thursdays or practice with the recording
– Recordings are available for 7 days after each class -
